With experience from a number of large international consultancies, I’m providing IT Strategic Consulting and supporting digital transformations focusing on the commercial business processes.

I have solid experience from establishing an IT strategic foundation for my clients and have managed several large IT-supported transformation projects, ensuring tangible business value are driven out of the implementation projects and the subsequent application management phase.

Over the past years, the focus has been within digitalization of the commercial processes to improve Commercial Capabilities in B2B companies.

Prior to NORDIC UPSIDE, I have worked for SimCorp, Novo Nordisk, Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, PA Consulting and Implement Consulting Group. Further, I have founded and built two smaller IT Management Consulting companies.

I hold a M.Sc. in Civil Engineering (Computer Science) and various certifications within IT Management.
