Murugasan is a Managing Partner at Nordic Upside. Murugasan brings a diverse background in international business and has 20 years of strategic problem solving, communication and presentation workshop experience. He started his career at IBM where he was responsible for internal communications and has worked in the Bay Area for 10 years.

Murugasan Founded NotaBene LLC, a boutique consulting firm focused on helping clients become better problem solvers and communicating more clearly. Before NotaBene, he worked in New York City at PA Consulting Group, a global management consulting firm, where he delivered communications workshops to top management and executives at fortune 500 companies around the world. 

Holds an MBA from Monterey Institute of International Studies and a M.Sc. in Economics from Copenhagen Business School. Murugasan is also fluent in Danish and conversant in Spanish.
