Jørgen Garnak is a very experienced Digital Transformation Manager and Executive Management Consultant. He is bridging technology and business in order to utilize technology possibilities to get maximum business value. 

Jørgen has successfully worked as consultant both independently and in major reputable consultancy companies most of his life (Accenture, PA, Implement and NNIT) which has given an in-depth understanding of how to solve complex business and technical problems and drive implementations in many industries. Recently Jørgen has also gained experience from working almost 5 years as part of a central team planning and driving the transformations at A.P. Moller Maersk. 

Jørgen has worked in many industries and has end-to-end understanding of business processes and how to support those with technical solutions. He has managed local, regional and global projects with a strong understanding of how to prioritize solutions, ensure buy-in across stakeholders and being able to accelerate implementations. 

Through his career Jørgen has gained extremely strong experience in Project Management, Vendor Management and implementation of various ERP-systems to support business processes.

He has also very big international experience from living and working abroad as well as managing teams and Vendors around the Globe.
