With experience from helping many of the largest private and public organizations succeed in implementing strategic transformation for more than 20 years, I am always focused on realising value.

Working both as an external consultant and from the inside, I have performed most of the roles in project and programme organizations, focusing on stakeholder engagement, communication, training and benefit realisation.

Prior to working as an external consultant, I have experience from banking and insurance (Alm. Brand forsikring and BG Bank.

I have a specific interest in enabling communication excellence, working as a TEDx Copenhagen coach and co-authored a book on virtual communication.

I have a M.Sc. in Finance from CBS and studied change management and communication at the University of Oregon. I am a certified Trainer in organizational change management, programme management and project management..
