I come with an extensive experience from the Tech and Consulting business with executive roles in a number of large organizations among which are IBM, KMD and SimCorp.

As a person I am positive, curious, ambitious with a clear focus on creating value for my clients. I relate efficiently to people at all levels in the organization from top management to ground floor personnel enabling high performance and speeding up decision making in critical programs. Clients have come to me to help them solve complex business and organizational challenges and I have facilitated structured change journeys to help them implement and anchor successful and sustainable solutions.

Over the past years I have been heading a strategic transformation program in a leading global software and service company changing the overall business model from license to subscription, anchored in a SaaS based delivery model.

I have always challenged myself to do the right things first and secondly model a way to do the right things efficiently. From experience I know it does not come easy, but it is always worth the effort to deliver exceptional results.
